Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

The mortgage from my deceased parents home is in my name. Since I have a home of my ow I can not claim tax credits. My renters would like to buy on contract having the house in their name so they can pay lower taxes. I can not afford to pay off the mortgage. Is there a way to do this?

Sure, there is a way to do this. You should contact an attorney to draft the appropriate papers as there is too much involved to handle this without counsel. Good luck.
