how do i get out of real estate purchase agreement

I'm not happy with the home inspection on a house we were going to buy . seller said he would fix problems but were afraid of future problems theresmajor erosion around foundation from rain water and also some in other parts of the back yard that a neighbor covered up with grass clippings..this is a tri level home were afraid water will eventually make its way into the basement..we signed a release of our ernest money to him but he wont sign the release . HELP

You need to hire an attorney as you do not want the possibility of being responsible for the purchase.
