Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
I received information from Bank Of America loan modification that my request for mortgage loan modification has been approved -this process began back In March 2009--but then in June 2009 -I got attacked by pit-bull lawyers representing an institution that started foreclosure proceedings,since then it has been the usual back and forth with them and the respective local circuit court----I duly informed the attorney that they contact Bank of America in order to obtain the facts regarding this particular situation But their arrogancy and egos got in their way----So, how do I request to the Judge for a dismissal of this mess in a mess? thank you

You can try to draft an affidavit laying out the agreement and file a Motion to DIsmiss or a Motion for Summary Judgment. You need to read the Trial Rules on Motions to Dismiss and Summary Judgments to determine if its too tecnical for you. If so, you should hire counsel.
