Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I was recently told that you can have a petition if signed by majority of a private communite to have a disturbing,intimidating, and bullying neighbor removed from the community. Is this true and if so do i need to contact a local lawyer to start the petition.

No, this is not true. A majority of neighbors can not vote whomever they want out of the neighborhood.
