Registration Of Conveyance Deed

I had purchased a MAHADA property from the first Allottee in July,2004 and nither the stamp duty was paid nor the registration.Now under Amenesty scheme I have paid stamp duty for both the allotment letter and the deed.What about registration and what is the time limit.If the time limit crossed how much penalty has to be paid

Registration is possible only within 4 months from the date of document. Another 4 months are available with payment of penalty. After 8 months registration is not possible.

Consult your lawyer for possibility of execution and registration of a confirmation etc.
