Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Rent on house

My landlord died in feb,

her estate was turned over to her frends during her hospitalization and while she was alive I was to pay them rent, I have not recieved any recipts, no word from lawyer or

anyone else.

Before she went in to the hospita, she told me she would leave me the house in her will.

dShould I keep paying rent?

You need to see a copy of the will to determine whether she did what she told you. If she did not, you need to keep paying rent.
