Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
Rental property
My renters say my house that I rented to them now has mold on the walls. I told them they need to move out so the problem can be fixed. They want to live rent free get thier deposit back to have money to move and are now threaten me with law suite. Do I have any rights?

What does your lease say regarding repairs etc? What does your lease say regarding fire etc making the place unlivable? This is a rather complicated issue so you will probabaly need to hire an attorney.
