Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

i rented an apartment this summer for 3months(5,6,7), it has been almost 40days since i moved out. 2 days ago i went to the leasing office and trying to get my deposit back, while the manager tells me i can only get 53(out of 400) , 347 dollars for damage reimbursement fee!!!

this includes toilet broken, cleaning, and bathroom cleaning.

i thought they are just trying to rip me off, do you think i can get my deposit back?
