my renter is 2000.00+ behind in rent, now she is claiming o be pregnant and says we cant kick her out in the winter because of this is she right or can we kick her out. we live in indiana

You can't "kick her out" but you can begin proper eviction proceedings. This is best done through a lawyer to make sure that it's done properly and that all legal steps are met.
