''Renters Rights''

I am currently living at a residence where their is not even a valid lease printed up. My signature isn't signed, and he doesn't have my ssn# or DOB either. Can he evict me if I become behind in my rent, and their is not even a valid lease made up?

It shouldn't surprise you to learn that a tenant with no written lease usually has even fewer rights than a tenant with a written lease. To answer your question, your landlord can start eviction proceedings against you for any or no reason and at any time. Go find another landlord.
