Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

If you are renting a property, which is rented through a realtor, and the owner of the home sells the property, giving you 30 days to vacate, does that void out any part of contract regarding how they should use damage deposit? The property was sold then realtor was informed of property being sold, which in turn, tenant was informed.
