Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
Reposting cause apparently I did not make it clear enough. I want to remove my brother from the house that we layed out a land contract on. He is supposed to pay 500$ a month. He has payed nothing. In the contract it states that "Upon non-payment the purchaser will vacate the property in 72 hour. It has been 6 months, how do I get him out the easiest way?

1. Send him a certified letter instructing him to vacate by a date certain.
2. If that doesn't work, hire an attorney to declare the contract in default and obtain a order requiring him to get out and authorizing the sheriff to help you if he refuses.
