Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
My roommate moved out 10months ago. She lef behind and made no attempt to get all her things. At bed,tv, &a dresser. She now wants them back. Do I keep them or charge her a storage fee for the last 10 months? We live in indiana. Not sure what I should do.

Let her come back and get them. You can't charge a storage fee, and arguing about whether they have been abandoned isn't worth a possible theft charge.

Give her notice which must be served upon her. Advise her that you will dispose of the goods in 30 days if not claimed. After that, you can dispose.
