Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Several of us are seasonal campers in Indiana. The owner does not read the electric meters often and bills people 2, 3 or 4 years late. Is there a legal time frame where she has to bill us?

It should be a reasonable time period. Perhaps it would be a good idea to meet with the owner and try to resolve this problem over the camp fire.
