sir if i purchased a plot from one person he is illiterate before 15 years back one person
taking advantage of sellers illetracy took signature on one paper on which he draw dimension of plot and sold to another person in that set of documents only dimension paper holds seller signature and total other papers are forged do that sale deed is correct when i asked to retrn mony he said that i never sold that plot before you may go to court i can recogmise that his signature is forged through cc copies of old doc what should i do here the seller will not repay money
