Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My sister and I inherited a farm on which sits two houses. I live in another state. She has allowed her sons to live there and they refuse to let me stay in either house when I come home to visit. She has also taken all the income from the farm and kept no books and refuses to give me proof or even tell me where the money has gone. What can I do?

You have equal rights with your sister in access to the property and rent. But you would also have equal obligations on taxes and other items. You need to retain an attorney to make a demand upon your sister for your rights. If that doesn't work, you can take her to court to have your rights adjudicated by way of judgment.
