Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My sister is selling my mother's home and is probably unaware of an old heating oil tank buried in the yard close to the water well. Should I have my attorney send a letter to the realtor, estate attorney, and my sister? I really think this needs to be disclosed to potential buyers. Tank is half full of old oil and has not been used in 20 years. Tank was placed in 1969. Thanks
