Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
Sold an old mobile home for 5000 to a man. He was in a rush to move in and did not have the home inspected. We did not draw up a purchasing agreement only an as is verbal agreement. He paid the 5000 and in signed over title. Now couple months later he is threatening saying there was moisture and black mold I was not aware about and threatening action. Am I legally obligated? Can I be sued if he did not exercise his right to an inspector. He was allowed in to look at the mobile home.

If he had a chance to inspect, there shouldn't be a problem.
