Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
i started purchasing a home in 5/08 on contract paid the taxes and other monies to the previous owner they never paid the taxes and i had to pay them again i have receipts to prove this can i sue for breech of contract

Maybe, that depends on what the contract says. However, if not on a breech theory, you may be able to sue on other grounds dependign on the situation. You should consult with a local attorney.
