outside storage

I rent u-store outside storage to park my semi tractor. They open account and charged me a month rent. Next day I received a call from different person that they make a mistake and would like to give me a different parking spot for a vehicle and also they need more papers. After bringing all the papers they requested they told me they can not store semi tractors at all. She made a mistake yesterday; we do not store that kind of vehicles. So I asked for a refund and got NO REFUND - you signed yesterday. Tried to explain that I would not rent a spot knowing that they do not store semi tractors. I think I should get full refund since I didn�t make mistake, they did.

You are definately entitled to a refund. Tell them to refund your money or you will file a Consumer Protection action agaisnt them for unfair deceptive trade practice, that you've already contacted an attorney and if they still wont return it, file a small claims action against them.
