How can i sue ex wife for selling home for 55,000 . When court ordered her to get a fair market value . Which is in the 100,000 range . Plus took a antique fireplace mantle out of home. She was given full rain over everything. I have been divorced 12 years . Won house in divorce . Plus acquired it through my 1st marriage

You can't sue her. You can ask the divorce court hold her in contempt if she violated the decree. A family law attorney can handle this for you, after reading the decree and hearing your story.
