Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Hello, if a summons is issued with the instructions, "You must answer the complaint or a judgement may be entered against you" but the summons does not tell me who to reply too, It only lists the Attorney for the Plaintiff. Who do I reply to? the county court or the attorney/plaintiff or both.

You need to file a formal reply and answer within the allotted time with the court with a copy to the plaintiff's attorney. You should probably take this in person to the county clertk's office for proper filing and receipt that you filed your answer.
