Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
Im supposed to go meet an officer tomorrow, because me and my gf were behind an abandoned theater, i saw a cloth holding open a door, curious i looked inside opening it, but i never went inside. then a car came and i walked back to the car, they parked behind us, and they took her license plate number and told the cops, we left before then. They called her in and she said she saw me go inside, but i think she termed it wrong, the car that came never saw me inside because i saw them turning from the corner, and was the only reason we left. Is it a big deal that i opened the door, should i go in with a lawyer, or just answer their questions honestly, the officer who called me sounded really mean, like she already judge me as a criminal, on 3 witnesses (2 people in car and gf). should i go in with drawings and logical claims that they in no way saw me inside.
Extra details: im 20, gf's car, it happened almost two weeks ago, me n my gf broke up, but she has no reason to f me over because she dumped me. i texted her, shes not texting back. should i not say anything? because i heard about a law, that i can only be convicted after so long. though i already said that i did infact open the door, but it was over the phone.

You may have a problem. You had best retain a criminal attorney to sort things out for you. Meanwhile, you should not be talking with anyone about the case.
