Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I transeferred my property to a real estate investor 3 years ago. the contract we signed stated that they would make the payments on the loan and refinance the loan to their name within 6 months. It has been 3 years now and they still have not refinanced the loan. I have talked to their lawyer who is also the lawyer that handled the closing. Nobody is returning my calls. what steps can I take to get this taken care of.

Take the contract to a different attorney, one who was not involved with the closing, and he or she can advise you after reading the contract.
