Transfer of Property Act

If company ''A'' purchases only the land or property, not the business of company ''B'', and it doesnt want to run the said company. Then whether the said company is liable to pay the PF to the employees of ''B'' Company

No, the A company may not be liable to share the burden of B company. However, if the B company is not having any other business, it should seek liquidation.

Statutory dues are normally charge on the properties. The liability upto date of sale may be there on the land.
