If tree limbs fall in nieghbors yard from the weight of an ice storm are you the one to clean up the trees in neighbors yard

The general rule in Indiana is that if the tree trunk is in your yard, you are responsible for damage that occurs from a tree limb that falls and damages a neighbor's property.
