utilisation of stilt parking area
we are 10 flat owner and our building has 20 flat . rest of the flat builder did not sell so now we want to park our vehicle in the stilt area but builder latched the stilt area with chain and not allowing us to park our vehicle in the stilt area do we have legal right to utilised the stilt parking area as parking area is not allow to sell

You may better refer to your agreement executed at the time of purchase of the flat.

Parking can be attached to a particular flat/unit as an exclusive area.
Check you agreements and consult your lawyer with details.

This is intresting. I believe your flats are cooperative society. Pleae refer to your bye laws and agreement, for the use of common purpose land.
Normally a builder collects amount from the flat owners for the common amenities, and common area maintenance, so every flat owner has right to use every part of common amenities and common area subject to an agreement to the contrary
