Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My vehicle was towed from my OWN apartment building. I plan on bringing my lease to the towing company in the morning, where it says nowhere in the lease that we have "assigned" parking spaces. How do I go about getting my money back in the morning from the towing company? Thanks.

Ask them for it. When they won't give it to you, find out who directed them to tow the car (probably your landlord) and ask them for the money for the towing charge.
