Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My wife and I may be getting divorced. Her name is not on the house mortgage but it is on the title. Is she at all legally obligated to the house or could I get stuck with the whole mortgage.

The house and the debt are both marital and will be included in the division of assets. The mortgage holder can not sue her to make payments since she is not on the loan.
