My wife passed away while our home is in in foreclosure my name is not on loan or deed but I am residing in residence what steps do I take? First foreclosure hearing is January 6th 2012

You will have to vacate the premises when you are notified of court order to do so. I would recommend that you consult with a debtors' rights attorney to see if some arrangements can be reached with the foreclosing bank or mortgage holder as to your ability to temporarily stay on the premises.
