Willfull Encroachment

About a month ago, my neighbor began erecting recreational equipment on my property. At the time that they did this, they were fully aware that they were on my property. I sent them a certified letter with a copy of a survey and told them to remove these items. They ignored me. Now they have put up a horse paddock which is partially on my property. What can I do to put a stop to this?

Sue for trespass. Ask for compensatory damages and injunctive relief.
