wrongful sale
A parcel was added in the purchase agreement that nobody(seller and purchaser)knew about. It was brought to purchasers attention...he sold it to another. Can we get it back? This happened in 2005, we were told we can no longer take it to small claims...what can we do? Also told we have until 2010 to try something.

Knowing the exact facts of what happened will be extremely important here (indeed required) before we can advise you. Also, you will need to disclose to us the names of the parties so that we can check into whether there is any conflict of interest that may prevent us from assisting.
Outside of those general issues, it is at least possible that the property can be recovered and/or damages for its loss.
