Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Years ago I lived in this house until I built my new house. I have been renting this house out and now am considering selling it on contract. How do I go about it? Also, how will this be handled at tax time?

Hire an attorney to draft the contract. You will need to contact an accountant who can discuss the tax implications in light of all income that you earn and deductions and expenses.
