Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

What to do if your boss doesn't do anything about your complaint.

i work in a fast food resteraunt and the owners and their son are the managers.The son is quite older than myself and the rest of the employees.He makes inappropriate and unprofessional comments to me and other female employees.So i brought it to his mother's(the owner's)attention.So far she's done nothing about it, and i was wondering what it is that i should do.

If his comments and inappropriate behavior continue after you reported them to the owner, you should consider filing a charge of discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or the Indiana Civil Rights Commission.
