Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana
I want to file a lawsuit against my ex boyfriend for abuse, he's abused me multiple times, before I would fight back, but recently its gotten too severe that I cant fight him back, I have bad quality picture on my phone of the second to last time, and yesterday he slammed my head against a shelf. I also have texts of him admitting to abusing me. I threatened him with calling the cops and hes saying im blackmailing him because i told him if he changed and started treating me right then I wouldnt file anything. How should I go about this?
