Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

Hostile work environment
The last approx. 2 monthes the corp office has assigned a new person to oversee their properties here in Indiana. He has been intimidating, insulted and ridiculed me in front of my employee's i.e.(called stupid). Since he has been put in charge of these properties I have had to go to the doctor to get something for my nerves. He has badger my employee's asking question about me and my husband which is the maintaince man here. Then one evening around 6:30pm when it was just him and I was in the office, he got behind me and then patted me on the back and gave a massage on my shoulder then walked around my desk and sit down and stated, "this is how you can earn brownie points with me by staying late and being here with me while I'm here. I did not respond to him and got very nervous. So can this be taking as sexual harrassment and what can I do?

Yes, this is sexual harassment.

What can you do? Go to a local employment-discrimination lawyer immediately.
