Will an employer go to jail for sexual harassment, or can they only be sued for civil reasons?

Depends. Realize there are 2 components here. If there is sexual assault or there is a battery in conjunction with the harrassment, then that is a matter that could be brought before a criminal court on the issuance charges by the state; pure sexual harrassment is a federal civil matter and not litigated in criminal court, but civil court.
