Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana
Is it too late to file for sexual harassment
I have worked at the same family owned agency for several years. My boss, the owner, has made advances on several occasions, when asked to stop, he said, ''I will remember you said that.'' I said Please do. Soon after, he began having an affair with a women in the office, during these years he backed off. They are no longer going out and now he is backed to always touching me whenever he passes. He heard me say to a colleague the other day I wish he would leave me alone. Even before then he has verbally harassed me and made it okay for the other men in the office to do the same. I can't say anything because he made his son an officer of the company. There is not a human resource department. We are a small company of 8. Many believe that you must be a company of 12 or more to have rights. Is it to late to file sexual harrassment charges? Can I quit and still collect unemployment?

You should file with the Indiana civil rights commission
