Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

One of my co workers just filed a sexual harrasment claim against someone who has been sexually harrassing me for two years. The company said that we have no proof and they can't do anything about it...What to do?

1. Because the company says there is no proof does not mean there is no proof.

2. You need to consult with a lawyer experienced in this area of law to determine whether or not you have a case.

3. You should file an EEOC claim if you feel you have been sexually harrassed. There are deadlines for filing these and the longer you wait, the more chance there is that you will not be able to file a claim because of your delay.
