are u.s. sexual harassment laws applicable to indian citizens
i was on a project to indiana on a business visa for 2 months. i was touched and comments were made about me by my manager whose green card application is being processed.i have repeatedly told him to not to touchme but he has carried on at the end of three days that we were at clients site he tried to apologise. i am back in india and have complaioned to my managers here.
what legal standing does my case have in usa and also what are the costs involved and the time taken.

The laws apply to all persons. If you were assaulted here, the you are covered. Who is the employer? How long has the man worked for them? Does he have a history of doing this to other women? Where did it take place?
