Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

Does Sexual Harassment Have to Occur In the Work Place?

I recently had a dish installed at my apartment by a man who was servicing for a huge company. I was alone at my apartment, which made this situation even more frightening. He continued to make sexual comments about being ''Hornier than hell the night before'' and ''enjoying lesbians''. I did not conversate with him except to say that I thought it was disgusting and any questions about the dish. I am not sure how this fits into the laws set for sexual harassment, but I know that even to this day I am fearful that he will come back to my apartment when I am alone. Please help!

While this not be an earth shaking case, I think you do have a right to be free from such attacks. I am sure it was very uncomfortable. Who is the company? The employee is usually broke. We can make as big a mess as you want.It will be up to the media. You know I have handled the Evan Sears case here on TV. Depending on what happened we will see what the press does.
