Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

Sexual Harassment

I am a Resident Manager at an apt. community. A maintenance supervisor at a sister property had pictures in his office of my face on disgusting pictures. Evidently, someone I thought was a friend took the picture I had e-mailed him and scanned it onto disgusing pictures then gave them to this supervisor. He had them in his office and showed my boss from the home office. When I ask for them he said he threw them away. Isn't this sexual harassment? Do I have a case?

Re: Sexual Harassment AND AND AND MORE MORE MORE

In Massachusetts, a union person ran for union office. Opponents pasted a picture of her

face on a provocative picture. There was a case.

Yet, I had a client whose face was posted atop a

crease-showing Elvira and another judge dismissed it and by so doing, usurped the function of the jury.

Moral of the story: Depends on the judge, depends on the lawyers, depends on the powers of the parties, depends on whether retaliation or other indiscretion is afoot on the part of the judiciary.

Only a local attorney -- i.e., one practicing in your state -- can answer your question. Technically do you have a case? Yes. In reality, do you have one capable of success? Only a well-respected local attorney can tell you that.
