Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

Sexual harrassment

I have been sexually harassed by an assistant manager where I work This man has grabbed my butt and rubbed a wooden stick between my legs. I am not the only one he has done this. I have many witnesses who have seen this happen. The store is video taped by security cammeras 24/7 so I am sure that this have been caught on cammera. What should my next step be and how much should I ask for in damages. I have quit my job, because he does not accept Stop It for an answer. and I can't take it any more he scares me and I refuse to feel afraid at work. any guidance that can be offered would be greatly appreciated.

How many employees does your employer have at your location and total? Does your employer have a sexual harassment policy detailing a complaint procedure? How many times and over what period of time did he harass you in the manner you describe? Did you complain to anyone besides the assistant manager who was harassing you? How long did you work for the company? How long ago did you resign? Any guidance I can give you will depend on your answers to these questions.
