Indiana where you hold a driver's license and Oklahoma where you failed to appear are members of the Interstate Driver's License Compact (IDLC). IDLC is an agreement between all but about 5 of the states to share information regarding certain types of driving convictions. When you a resident of Indiana got an offense in Oklahoma, Indiana was advised and suspended your license. You need to resolve the matter in Oklahoma that resulted in your Indiana license being suspended and then seek to have your Indiana license reinstated.
