Your insurance company should be able to locate the person responsible based on the information gathered by the police at the accident scene. However if youre still wishing to proceed on your own, you may simply wish to hire a private investigator who can help you obtain the correct information you require. I f you are seeking the information to file a lawsuit a lawyer can help and many are well skilled in many aspects of investigations since they go hand in hand with legal representation. Your question does not explain why you believe the information is incorrect and therefore why you believe it is a false report to law enforcement.
