Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
Agressive Driver and Middle Finger
Situation: Right lane of highway was busy with several semi trucks. My husband kept our speed exactly to speed limit when driver behind us started driving really close to us, sometimes he was getting as close as 2 feet. By doing so he tried to get us to go faster but we didn't because we had our 1 year old daughter with us. When we finally passed three semi trucks driver behind us immediately passed us on the right lane and he looked in my eyes and showed his middle finger. What am I supposed to do in situations like this? I do not want any dangerous situations for me or my family and this can happen any time. Can you suggest how I can react in this case?
Thank you!

Re: Agressive Driver and Middle Finger
Ignore the person. You could report an aggressive drive to the police too.
