Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
auto acedent
registered owner loand car to someone who inturnered ran in to my car, i had to pay 500.00dollars deductible to get it fixed. who do i sue the registered owner of the car or the person driving the car, or both?

The person driving the car was the negligent party, so that's the person you are looking too sue.
