Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
Bad Carbon Copy
I got a ticket and the officer handed my carbon copy ''reciept'' to me showing that my court date was on Dec 16 when in reality it was on Dec 06 (can you see where the confusion resulted?) . This resulted in me not sending in my guilty plea early enough and now according to the court I didn't show up in time. What do I do?

file a motion to vacate. It should not be a problem.
