Your question indicates that you were arrested for driving while license suspended which is a misdemeanor. You were probably given a UTT citation which looks like a traffic ticket or infraction but is actually a summons and promise to appear in court. You should discuss your situation with an attorney who can explain what can happen in your particular case and what you should do next.
