Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
habitual traffic offender
I have a license suspension pending for this, is there any way I can get a lawyer and be able to at least get a hardship license of some sort so I can work to pay my child support??

There are provisions to allow what you are asking. However, you must qualify. This is definately something you'll need a lawyer to help you with because the statute is difficult to read and understand.
